It’s important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Hotel Policies on items such as Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES

Both early arrival and late departures are subject to availability and on request basis only. If available, late departure is $30.00 per hour from 10am (usual check out time). There is no fee for early check in if it is able to be provided.

CANCELLATION:

• Flexible Daily Rate – can cancel free of charge 24 hours the day before arrival. Charges apply if cancelled within 1 day before arrival.
• If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
• Prepaid Daily Rate and Stay Pay offer are Non-refundable. In order to offer you this special price please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking. If reservations are cancelled or amended, there will be no refund.

Payment Options

Photographic Identification

When you check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification.

If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation.

Deposit Policy

No deposit is required when booking a flexible rate online (ie. any booking that does not require payment at time of booking). Rates that contain restrictions must be paid at the time of making the reservation on Woodroffe Hotel website. Please refer to individual rate terms prior to confirming your reservation.

Payments

A valid credit card MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel.

You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. Upon arrival at your selected property Guests must provide valid Federal or State government issued photographic identification for security purposes. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID to secure the accommodation. A Credit Card pre-authorisation of up to $200 is required to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state, etc. This may also include an amount to cover a security bond / deposit for damages. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 working days (release times may vary, please check with the issuing financial institution). The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their issuer. Once a pre-authorisation has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank, and cannot be negotiated.

Secured parking is available on site for AUD 20 per car per day. (reservation is required)
